German softwarehouse Wincor Nixdorf takes over Brink’s Netherlands

Wincor Nixdorf wants to merge Brink’s Nederland with its daughter Securcash. Brink was fiercely struck by the decision of Clients ABN Amro, ING and Rabobank to start a competing service called Geldservice Nederland (GSN).
